**Position Title: Legal Assistant/Paralegal - Real Estate (Remote)**

**Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000/year**

**Job Overview:**
We are currently seeking a full-time, remote Legal Assistant/Paralegal to assist with pre-suit real estate and general civil litigation matters. This is a fully remote position, and no prior legal experience is required. Please note that we are only considering applicants who reside in the state of Florida.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain daily communication with clients to provide case status updates.
- Assist with overall case management to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage attorneys' calendars to optimize scheduling.
- Help draft relevant case documents and correspondence to clients.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree (required).
- Prior remote work experience (preferred).
- Excellent writing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
