We're looking for a Finance Manager to lead and oversee the accounting and financial analysis functions in a dynamic, remote environment. Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and the financial close process.
Oversee full-cycle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, such as vendor/client setup, invoicing, collections, bill entries, reconciliations, and payment issuance.
Process multistate payroll, including payroll taxes and government reporting.
Handle cash flow management and financing strategies.
Work alongside external CPAs, auditors, and vendors to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Financial Analysis:
Consolidate, interpret, and report on the company's financial performance to leadership.
Perform forecasting, analysis, and modeling to support profitable growth.
Develop financial metrics, create budgets, and provide ongoing reporting to inform decision-making.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Operations Support:
Collaborate with project management to assess company metrics and propose actionable recommendations.
Contribute to pricing strategies, create rate cards, and suggest cost-saving initiatives.
Support the HR team with benefits administration and reporting.
Identify opportunities for improving accounting and finance functions, including implementing automation, FP&A tools, and AI solutions.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in a professional services or agency setting.
Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, Google Sheets, and Professional Services Automation software.
CPA designation and/or MBA are a plus!

Compensation:
Salary range: $130K-$160K
