Generator Technician

Responsibilities:

• Service/repair generators, change air filters, change oil, check battery levels, check spark plugs, etc.
• Be involved in all aspects of the installation of Generac generators
• Perform on-site planned maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting for customers generators
• (including DC & AC voltage equipment).
• Work independently or with a small team with a work vehicle serving residential and commercial standby
• generators.
• Driving a company van.

Requirements:

• Experience with generators, transfer switches, maintenance, troubleshooting or trade related fields
• Knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Willingness to train
• Excellent attitude and dependability
• A valid driving license.
