Grand Rapids Harley-Davidson is looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive customer engagement, increase dealership traffic, and support the sales team through strategic marketing and lead management. This role combines Sales Support - Lead Generation responsibilities with marketing initiatives to enhance customer experiences and generate sales opportunities. Candidates must also be able to ride, move, and maneuver motorcycles safely within the dealership and events, handling various sizes and weights as needed.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Support - Lead Generation

• Manage and respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and online inquiries.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to nurture leads and schedule sales appointments.
• Maintain an organized CRM system, ensuring accurate lead tracking and customer data.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads to showroom visits.
• Develop and execute strategies to re-engage lost or inactive customers.
• Monitor and analyze lead conversion rates, adjusting strategies to improve results.

Marketing & Digital Strategy

• Plan and execute dealership marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to promote events, promotions, and inventory.
• Manage dealership website.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and partners for advertising, promotions, and digital marketing efforts.
• Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to attract new customers.
• Track and report on marketing performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Event Coordination & Community Engagement

• Assist in planning and promoting dealership events, rides, and open houses.
• Build relationships with local organizations and riders to increase dealership visibility.
• Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-ups.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, BDC, marketing, or a related field.
• Understanding of SEO and SEM strategies
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with CRM software and lead management tools.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
• Hold a valid Michigan motorcycle endorsement, and maintain a clean driving record.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
