Job Summary:

Take orders and enter into POS, run food/serve, take payment for orders, bus and clear tables. Provide quality F&B service to our guests in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. You are expected to adhere to the company’s mission, vision and value statements. Be knowledgeable of the company’s management systems, policies and initiatives for Hospitality, Environmental, and Health and Safety. You have specific responsibilities within these areas and are expected to understand them.

• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time / Summer Seasonal
• Outlet: Jackson Lake Lodge, Colter Bay Village

• Wage: $17.75 / hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a knowledge of all F&B items available, along with general information on the Lodge, the Company and the National Park
• Greet guests and take orders in point of sale system
• Deliver food to guests once prepared
• Cashier and take payment in point of sale system for guests
• Bus and clear tables as needed
• Anticipate needs and assist guests through-out dining experience
• Ensure prompt accurate service with anticipation and compliance of all guests’ needs are provided for
• Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the dining room
• Complete all assigned side duties and ensure that the dining room is set and ready to go 15 minutes prior to opening
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the dining room
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work point of sale system
• Strong verbal English skills
• Great people skills
• Previous restaurant or fast food experience or ability to learn a new job fast
• Ability to deal with a diverse group of employees and guests
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

The expected pay range is $17.75 . This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
