Job Description

Responsible for monitoring, assessing, and enhancing the organization's security posture by analyzing risks and vulnerabilities in the enterprise's computer network and systems. The Cyber Security Analyst will identify and evaluate cyber security threats, ensure critical infrastructure services are protected, detect and investigate potential security events, support response efforts for incidents, and assist in developing strategies to mitigate future risks.

This position can work remotely, but may need to come into office in Neenah, WI.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Continuously monitor and assess the performance of existing security solutions (AV, Firewalls, Mail Filtering, Network, AI Cyber Defense, SIEM) to ensure effectiveness.
  • Analyze and follow the cyber security incident response plan, triage, and coordinate response to potential security incidents.
  • Provide timely support to internal customer requests by addressing cyber security-related inquiries and ensuring compliance with IT security policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Assist in evaluating and updating strategies for the organization's cybersecurity program.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure security considerations are included in system designs and architecture.
  • Log, analyze, and report cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities to relevant stakeholders.
  • Research and provide recommendations on emerging threats, such as zero-day vulnerabilities, CVEs, and other network risks.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments in cybersecurity to identify potential improvements for the organization.
  • Assist in planning and conducting training sessions for IT staff and end users to improve awareness of cybersecurity processes.
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and updates of IT cybersecurity process and policy documentation
  • Contribute to risk assessments and vulnerability testing activities, collaborating with other teams as necessary.
  • Participate in after-hours on-call rotations to support security operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field preferred.
  • Technical certifications in Network +, Security +, CySA+ preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in information security
  • Knowledge of firewalls, antivirus, IDPS, and SIEM concepts
  • Strong understanding of internet protocols, including TCP/IP, UDP, SSH, SFTP, SSL/TLS, SNMP, SMTP, and
  • Experience with and proficiency in network communication concepts and principles.
  • Excellent computer hardware/software problem solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances. TIDI Products offers a competitive benefits package to eligible full-time employees, which currently includes medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with employer matching contributions, life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more, as well as paid sick leave in accordance with applicable law.
