Position Overview
National Safety & Health is seeking a highly motivated and skilled CPR & Emergency Response Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching First Aid, CPR & AED courses, BLS Provider Courses, and Stop the Bleed courses across our multiple locations. This role requires a dependable individual with a passion for emergency response training and a commitment to delivering high-quality instruction.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct First Aid, CPR & AED, BLS Provider, and Stop the Bleed training courses to diverse groups of participants.
Deliver engaging and effective instructional materials and hands-on practice sessions.
Assess and evaluate participants' performance to ensure comprehension and proficiency.
Stay current with industry standards and best practices in emergency response training.
Travel to various locations as needed to deliver training courses. Reliable transportation is essential.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Emergency Response Instructor or in a similar training role.
Certification in First Aid, CPR & AED, BLS Provider, and Stop the Bleed (must be up-to-date).
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
Demonstrated ability to handle diverse groups and varying skill levels.
Reliable transportation to travel to multiple locations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt and respond to changing schedules and locations as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly rate: $17 to $20 per hour, based on experience
