Job Description

This is a temporary contract opportunity with The Cigna Group through Magnit, an enterprise third-party vendor for contingent work.

Duties :

• Guides the company on strategic Business Analytics decisions and provides advice that has a significant impact on strategic planning.
• Works in collaboration with business leaders to provide strategic partnership in analytics.
• Identifies and prioritizes opportunities for impact, develops analytic solutions, leverages data science and technology capabilities, embeds analytics-driven processes, and drives decision making and execution based on data, facts and analytical findings across different parts of the organization.
• Possesses industry-wide authority and represents the organization externally.
• Widely recognized Business Analytics expert and thought leader by both internal and external community and is responsible for the technical leadership of a major department/multiple departments across a function.
• Provides expert content/professional leadership on complex Business Analytics assignments/projects.
• Works in collaboration with business leaders to provide strategic partnership in analytics, identify and prioritize opportunities for impact, develop analytic solutions, leverage data science and technology capabilities, embed analytics-driven processes, operationalize and measure impact, to support decision making and execution based on data, facts and analytical findings across different parts of the organization.
• Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders.
• Focuses on providing thought leadership within Business Analytics but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business.
• Recognized internally as a subject matter expert.
• Expertise in Electronic Healthcare (Epic) and Value-Based reporting desired.
• Must be proficient in Tableau Reporting Tools.
• Proven experience leading a data architecture model for a business intelligence team.
• Will be working closely with executive leadership, so having clear and concise communication is required.

Education :

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
  
  

Schedule Notes :

• Monday - Friday 8-5pm (flexible time zone)
• Training Schedule will be the same 100% Remote

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, and expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $70.14-$93.53/hr
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met)
